In its third year, the Mobile Merit Awards announces the 2012 program. The Mobile Merit Awards recognizes companies, individuals and technologies that have shaped the way in which the world communicates today. Through nominations the Mobile Merit Awards notes the excellence achieved in the global mobile industry. These awards will be presented to outstanding companies, individuals and technologies from each sector within the mobile arena for work of the greatest likely impact on the market.
The Awards will be announced on May 19, 2012 with each category winner receiving a plaque as well as a digital graphic ribbon. Nomination opened on March 1, 2012 with submission deadline on March 26, 2012.
